Our estimated delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you’ve chosen.

Processing Time

The estimated processing time is listed on the product page, some popular styles can be shipped out in 1 working days, while engraved, customized items or customized sizes may take up to 12-21 working days (custom sizes are those that charge an extra $20). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details and projected delivery date.

We offer free shipping on all items to the entire United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

*Please note:

  • Cavny Jewelry offers free shipping by default. If you need standard shipping, please contact our customer service at service@cavny.com.
  • The time frame mentioned above doesn’t include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
  • We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Free Shipping method.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may take longer, especially before holidays or due to weather, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes additional business days.

International Shipping

All international orders may incur additional charges due to taxes, tariffs, and duties imposed by the destination country. Cavny Jewelry is not responsible for these additional fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

*Please note that when the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund.
